Key member of the Global Network Operatoins leadership team, leading a team of Support Engineers located across the globe and reporting to the Global Network Operations Manager.
Development and improvement of IT Operations service delivery with focus on Continous service lifecycle improvement, efficiency and cost.
Focus on customer satisfaction, compliance and standards.
Responsible for day to day operations and support of the network services.
Support the deployment of new services locally, regionally and worldwide through structured support, development and change management processes
Manage 2nd Level support to the Service Desk, IT Customer Support Organization and customers through the use of the ITIL methodology for IT Service Management (including incident, problem, change, capacity management processes) and and producing metrics on the network’s performance.
Assist in developing overall capabilities of the service team including targets, structure, skill sets, roles, people development, prioritization, one person dependencies etc.
Monitor service delivery and KPIs for Network Operations - Support Team
Accountable for the service deliveryand support as well as for the financial results in the area of local (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) services such as e.g. physical site connection, Internet access, remote access, IP telephony, VoIP and transport mechanisms for application like Citrix or Terminal Services.
Comfortable maintaining critical infrastructure and should be readily able to communicate with customer and peer organizations regarding maintenance needs, platform capabilities and service degradations
Implement IT Operations service strategies, roadmaps.
Partner with other service teams and third party vendors, sometimes in close cooperation with Strategic Sourcing or Purchasing teams.

Vårt regionkontor i Göteborg söker en vikarierande planerare för servicearbeten till region Södra Sverige. Servicearbetena utförs i huvudsak av våra servicetekniker i regionen. Vikariatet skall tillsättas omgående och beräknas pågå tom maj 2013.

Arbetsuppgifterna består bl.a. av planering av servicearbeten, telefonkontakt med kunder och tekniker, fakturering, orderregistrering, beställning av reservdelar för tekniker, kontering av fakturor, krediteringsunderlag och arkivering. Arbetet utförs i en planerargrupp i nära samarbete med andra regioner.

The main responsibilities of the required position are:
Implementation of the QAD division market strategy.

Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving agreed business aims.

Acquire a deep technical knowledge to be able to educate the market with the latest technologies of our products, and to define the correct equipment for each application.
Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after sales service to reach the required customer satisfaction.
