The first Atlas Copco Simba 364-ITH in China rolled off Nanjing assembly line
On August 22, Atlas Copco celebrated the completion of the first Simba 364-ITH production drilling rig assembled in Nanjing - a family member of the Simba series drilling rigs now being localized in the Nanjing site.
Petra Grandinson, Operations Manager, and Sara Söderqvist, Project Office Manager, both expressed their great appreciation to the efforts and hard work from the project team and showed their best wish for great sales success of Simba 364-ITH in the future.
The Simba 364-ITH is a production drilling rig with pneumatic in the hole hammer, ITH, for deep straight holes. It has 360°ring drilling and parallel holes upwards/downwards up to 3 m apart and with a hole diameter of 90–178 millimeters.
